Why should you use Feline Friends?

All visits are carried out by me, Maria, or my helper, Lisa, if I am not available. This personal level of service ensures that you always know who is looking after your pet and who has access to your home. It also enables your pet to form a bond with their petsitter and feel at ease. Larger petsitting companies can employ a variety of staff. Therefore, the personal touch can be lost.
We are not greedy. We only cover a specific area and keep a reasonable limit on the number of visits per day. It is not feasible to cover too large an area with the constraints of London traffic. Restricting the number of visits results in your pet receiving our full attention for at least 20 minutes per visit, as well giving us time to make emergency trips to the vet, if required.
Feline Friends has been established for over 5 years and is a fully-insured member of the National Association of Registered Petsitters. Basic veterinary advice is always available, via Lisa, and I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge about pets during my years as a full-time petsitter.
Most importantly, this is not just a business, it is a vocation. It has been built on our love of animals and respect for their caring owners. We are very aware of the responsibility that is entrusted to us and we never cut corners.
